The Ubiquiti UACC-CM-RJ45-MG 10-Gigabit SFP+ Module is a RJ45 transceiver that can be inserted into an SFP+ port in order to connect a copper Ethernet cable. Use this SFP+ to RJ45 module to deliver 10 Gbps speed over Ethernet connections spanning up to 100 metres.
Ubiquiti 10 GbE SFP+ to RJ45 Module features an SFP+ male connector and RJ45 female connector with support for 10 GbE protocols, as well as 5 and 2.5 GbE, as well standard Gigabit Ethernet speeds. A 10 Gb/s data rate necessary for 10 GbE networking is supported at distances up to 330′ when using CAT 6A cabling. This module is compatible with copper media.

This standard is ten times faster than Gigabit Ethernet. SFP generally offers lower latency than RJ45, especially fiber-based SFP. There is less latency because fiber light travels quicker than the copper lines that RJ45 uses.
